Under the agreement, Capitol Color Mail will leverage its huge print and direct mail presence that includes managing production for over 30,000 advertisers nationwide, by placing local, regional and national coupon advertisers into the AdCalls online FREE telephone system. The advertiser's coupons will stream across the consumer's home computer screen while FREE long distance and local calls are being made in the U.S. and Canada.
