Next-gen service provider Mindwire chooses Sylantro for hosted PBX and IP Centrex service offering
Sylantro Systems Corporation, premier provider of carrier-grade Hosted PBX and IP Centrex platforms and solutions, has announced that Mindwire Communications has selected the Sylantro platform for its MindConnect IP Centrex Solution product offering. Based in Huntsville, Alabama, with locations throughout the Southeastern U.S., Mindwire is offering these advanced communications services directly to small-to medium-sized businesses, enterprises, government agencies and other end-users.
Founded in 1998 as Vision Communication Concepts, Mindwire Communications is an industry innovator that has designed, integrated and managed large communications projects and networks on a regional, nationwide and international basis. In partnership with Lucent and Qwest, the company designed and built voice and data services to support the 2002 Winter Olympics. Working for Verizon GSI, the company helped design and deploy one of the first 800G fiber rings, across 14 countries. Mindwire offers a full portfolio of VoIP solutions, data access and switching services for businesses of all sizes.
"Sylantro's products, above all others, give us the flexibility and scalability we needed to address our business and government customers," said Royce Lindsey, president of operations for Mindwire. "We've built our network and operations center using top-of-the-line technologies and providers in order to take advantage of the enormous opportunities that IP Centrex services present, and Sylantro's products are the cornerstone of our offering."
"Mindwire has a proven track record in successfully designing and building large-scale communications solutions that are on the cutting edge of technology," said Pete Bonee, president and CEO of Sylantro. "Through Sylantro's carrier-grade IP Centrex platform, Mindwire can offer their customers much more than simple dial tone and long distance, and capitalize on the opportunity that hosted communications services afford."
Mindwire's MindConnect IP Centrex Solution provides a full suite of PBX replacement features to business users more cost effectively via VoIP. A variety of service packages complement the core capabilities with features such as hosted call center, find me/follow me, voice mail, unified messaging and conferencing.
Sylantro's IP Centrex feature set allows service providers to offer a wide range of high-value PBX replacement services, providing new revenues beyond simple access and transport. A rich suite of applications and development tools allows service providers to quickly and efficiently roll out new differentiated services. Branding, administration and back-office functions can be defined at the service provider, VAR/dealer or customer level, allowing the widest possible flexibility for customization. These solutions allow service providers to offer a high-value, high-margin set of hosted services that can fully replace on-site phone systems, thus generating new revenues and extending service offerings to new markets.
