AllWorx Wins Telephony Award
The 2006 Internet Telephony Excellence Award, issued by TMC (Technology Marketing Corporation). has been given to Allworx for their 24x VoIP system. Allworx is a division of inSciTek, who earlier this year received US$2M in VC funding to expand their Allworx line of VoIP products.

Intrusion Prevention For VoIP
Industry Canada, an agency of the Canadian government that promotes the "knowledge-based" economy and business innovation, including telecommunications policy, etc., is working with Third Brigade to test "intrustion prevention" technology that safeguards converged networks (data, voice, video).
